2 of the screws to for the hinges of my passenger front door weren’t screwed on all the way. That’s a safety issue. Other than that, the quality of the work is fine.

Ms Ruth at the front desk was great. However, the communication from the rest of the staff was not too good. Very sparse. I was barely receiving updates and whenever I called for updates everybody seemed confused and I was being told different things. I did get a chance to talk to torren and he was very helpful!

3 weeks to fix a smashed in back bumper, lights, and pieces falling off compared to months at another place, what more could you ask for.

Did it quicker than expected, completely shocked that they fixed something I can’t wrap my hear around on fixing since the damage seemed so bad. Thanks to the Gerber Collision team for fixing it and being transparent about progress. They completely beat my own estimates about how long it would take to fix my car, seeing that other places would give me an estimate in the several months range, whereas these guys fixed it up in less than a month. My car was with Gerber a day short of a month. The pick up date changed 4 times. When I received my car it had a clicking sound so I brought it back. I was told to bring to Nissan if I had a warranty or exstended warranty. Once at Nissan during inspection. Bolts were missing of my car and the break pads were not on correctly.
