Aside from my seat falling apart they do really good work it would probably be better if they will return a phone call let me know when I can fix my seat but it is what it is

When I scheduled my appointment they didn’t put me down I called because I was going to be late because of storm damage but they still got me in. I also noticed the day after I picked up my car they missed a spot on my hooks they repainted. I am still grateful for the service Gerber is a great company just not stratified with this experience.

They did a wonderful job on my car. It looks brand new. The repairs were also completed in a timely manner. Staff was wonderful and efficient. They also assisted with rental transition with Enterprise.

OMG, I totally appreciate you cleaning the inside of my car. My sister picked my car up for me on Friday, 7/31. I didn’t see my car until Sunday 8/2, because I was out of town.
