I find it hilarious that I got my first update text of my service as I was leaving with my car finished. I had called 3 times for an update during the 9 days you had my car and recieved NOT ONE call back with an update. The ONLY reason I used your shop was because Safeco (terrible company full of dishonest people - not MY insurance company) highly recommended a shop in their network. That was certainly not an advantage. Terrible experience!

When I had originally brought my Santa Fe in my check engine was on along with a blinking temperature gauge. I showed it to the Geico adjusted and he stated that it would be looked at and fixed as well. Eleven days later I went to pick it up and the check engine along with the temperature gauge were still malfunctioning. I am confused, if there was a inspection over of my vehicle how could this not be diagnosed? I am now stuck in a rental for two more days and have to drive back out to Highland Park for a second time.
