Mahalo nui loa to the crew at Queen Street Gerber in Honolulu! Not only did they do an EXCELLENT job with the body work on our fender-scraped Altima but they seem to have detailed our car as well! Impressive work, Gerber! Their point person, Casey, was very pleasant, professional and upbeat. She kept us informed of the progress every step of the way and get this: they even allowed us to leave our rental car with them when we picked up our car, informing us they would contact the rental car company to shuttle someone over to pick up our rental! Now that is customer service above and beyond. We're totally thrilled and satisfied with the outcome. Thanks again, Gerber Crew, for outstanding performance. Though there was a minor slowdown in the promised completion date, ultimately we were quite pleased with Gerber's work. Kacey (sp?) the office girl, kept us updated and was always quite pleasant, positive and upbeat in her messaging. In addition to Gerber's EXCELLENT body work, it looked as if they cleaned our vehicle, inside and out, upon pickup! Thank you, Gerber, for top-notch service! Highly recommended for focused and professional auto body work and positive customer service performance.
