Amazing customer service and attention to detail. The car repair was fantastic, but the customer service I can not say enough good things about. From update phone calls to stopping traffic so we could pull out and even walking my mom across the street to make sure she safely got to the car. Well done!!!! 10++++

The staff at Gerber are outstanding. My experience from start to finish was bar none, I can't stop having to my co workers and family, I posted online how extremely satisfied I am. When the incident happened, I was already knowing who I would go to, it was another shop that I always used. I was rather displeased with the options my insurance recommended but somehow ended up with the best ever. Gerber Collison will be my new shop to recommended. Your employee Merissa also deserves a much needed shout out. She is a very valuable asset to your company, she has the best customer service I could have ever experienced. We started as customer and consumer, but ended as friends I would say, ohana as we do in the islands. She treaded me with respect, kindness, she explained things so well, she know her job and most of all treated me like she would her family and she took care of me so well. Kudos, to her, well deserved. Your company is so lucky to have such and outstanding member of your staff! Thank you to Merissa and the whole staff for taking care of your customer for life and you will sure to have many more customers, because I already highly recommend you to my Facebook family and work family.
