From the first phone call to make the reservation the customer service was great. Then them all workers behind the desk were very friendly and helped me in a timely manner. They made it so stress free. Everything went so smooth. The parts arrived in a timely manner, the repair was with in the time span they estimated from the beginning. Melvin Akina was so helpful in explaining what was done and so knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. Even Enterprise rent a car was on time for pick up and when time to pick up my car it went smoothly. I don’t want to be in an accident to have to go back for a repair but I will definitely refer others for help with their vehicles. So happy with the service here. Mahalo again
