I appreciated the updates on the progress of my car’s repair. Shane and Julian were helpful in providing insight into the process of filing a claim and getting the repair done. The tech I spoke with (I think he said he was going to be the one working on the car) and the compassionate sistah who helped close out my order were also helpful and knowledgable. I hope I don’t need to, but if I do need bodywork done again, I would definitely consider Gerber. Thank you!
