1. Repeated delays in completing the repair. I have been provided multiple completion dates, yet each one has been pushed back without clear explanation or proactive notice. These continual delays have made it difficult to plan my work schedule around the repair. 2. Failure to follow state motor vehicle repair dealer requirements. Under HAR § 437B‑14, repair dealers must provide accurate information regarding the status of repairs, including expected completion dates. Additionally, HAR § 16‑87‑21 requires timely and clear communication about delays, parts issues, and any changes affecting the repair timeline. These obligations were not met. 3. Incomplete work at the time of pickup. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the repair work was not fully completed. I waited approximately an hour while the technician finished tasks that should have been completed before notifying me that the vehicle was ready.

See my first comment, which encapsulates pretty much everything. I also forgot to mention that while washing my car, I noticed the rim on the driver’s side - where the repair was performed - is covered with a grainy substance that I cannot readily remove, even after trying several types of rim‑safe cleaning products.
