Great service and work done. Only comment I would make is that the “rental car booking” through Gerber should specify whether Gerber had the insurances’s prior authorization to do so.

People were extremely nice, communication for appointments, repair progress etc was excellent. The speed of the repair was excellent. The only thing I wasn’t completely satisfied with was a scratch on the window trim chrome. If the car door was being completely replaced and the price of the repair ended up being twice the estimate, I’d expect all new parts. The window trim was salvaged off the damaged door and reused on the new door, which was what I was not completely satisfied with. If it was a cheap repair job being done it’s fine, saves the customer money, but this was not cheap.

Everyone I interacted with was super nice and helpful, and my car was done earlier than expected
