Gerber Collision was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. Although it was a holiday weekend, they were quick with the repairs. Highly recommend. Great experience!

This rating could easily be a 10 because taking my vehicle there and getting picked up by the rental company was very seamless and the work to the area needed was indeed done, however, in doing so, Gerber Collision inadvertently damaged my rear camera. Its seem to be some sort of over spray on it which make camera view distorted and in certain spots down right invisible. I noticed after picking my vehicle up (because while there I did not need to back up) I called and Gerard said that I could bring it back immediately. They tried to fix it but the view was still blurry and Gerard also confirmed. Everyone that I encountered at Gerber was very polite & professional; I'd even refer to them if there was ever a need, its just that it is very unfortunate that I have to go through this for approximately two additional weeks or maybe more due to not knowing how long it will take to correct, before having my vehicle complete. Gerard did explain that the parts for my vehicle are not stocked which is the reason for such the wait. I eagerly await to be contacted by Gerber Collision so this issue is fixed.

YES I AM EXCEPTIONALLY SATISFIED AND HAPPY ABOUT THE WORK THAT GERBER DID ON MY VEHICLE. I HAVE A QX 80 INFINITI TRUCK AND I NEEDED MY FRONT GRILLE REPLACED AND MY DOOR HANDLE AND MY TRUCK LOOKS JUST LIKE I PICKED IT UP FROM THE DEALERSHIP. JERRAD AT THE BISSONET LOCATION IS SO AWESOME. HE IS NICE, PEOPLE FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, VERY HANDS ON AN ATTENTIVE WITH HIS CUSTOMERS. HE UPDATED THROUGH THE PROCESS WHILE MY VEHICLE WAS THERE AND HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ANOUT THE SERVICES YOU OFFER AT GERBER. AT THE BISSONET LOCATION THE STAFF IS AMAZING. I LOVE ANGEL THE MECHANIC HE IS THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES BOTH JERRAD AND ANGEL ARE MY HEROS. TWO GREAT MEN.
