They did an excellent job on the car, drop off and pick up were a breeze. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and they updated me all along the way. They even went the extra mile to buff and polish when they didn't have to! The car looks excellent. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. They kept me informed throughout the repair, communicated clearly, and completed everything in a timely manner. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience much less stressful. Juan was also outstanding. He took the time to answer my questions, sent me updates and estimates promptly, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I really appreciated his professionalism and communication. The repairs turned out excellent, and it's clear that everyone there genuinely cares about doing quality work and taking care of their customers. If I ever need collision repairs again, this is the first place I'll go, and I would confidently recommend them to my friends and family.
