For the amount of money that was charged I would've expected top notch performance. I had to remind Gerber to check things they promised they would check when my truck was dropped off.

Overall, we thought the customer service was friendly. The part we did not understand was before we brought the vehicle to the shop we were asked if we needed a rental service. We said yes and thought the shop would help to make such arrangement for us. It was a question asked so we thought the shop would make the arrangement. When we went there we learned we would need to make the arrangement on our own. Thus, we spent about one and half hours getting the rental and waited in the shop. Not sure what happened in the communication and resulted in such. Overall, the shop was nice in customer service so I would say it could be a choice recommended to others though.

It took about six weeks to fix it and when l went to get it the head lights didn’t work and there was no license plate on front bumper and the bumper is not even in spots. Very disappointing. The workers at the Spring location were very nice and apologetic for the. problems and are going to try to make it right.

Gerber Collision did a beautiful job on my repairs. I was also impressed with the caring and professional way I was treated. I hope I don't need repairs in the future, but if I do, I will not hesitate to use you again.
