10 is not high enough, they were at least a 15 or above. Julissa was always kind and patient with me, even when I wasn’t so polite. She defused my aggression and made me feel as if I were her only priority. She is a great asset to the shop. Additionally, Harley went above and beyond to make sure the insurance took care of all my needs when insurance wasn’t so cooperative. I think Harley may have done extra to satisfy me because I was not so willing to accept what insurance was dictating. The mechanic (don’t know his name) was great at identifying a problem originally overlooked by the insurance and Harley made sure it was fixed and covered.
