My truck was repaired by another shop after an accident involving the under carriage of the truck. The other shop had my truck for 3 months and when I finally got it back it was making loud noises when I hit the brakes. I was finally able to get it into Gerber. They were able to identify the MAJOR damage that the other shop completely missed. Gerber kept me updated as to the progress daily and did a fantastic job on the repair. GREAT job Gerber!!!

Very quick turn around. Dropped off my car on Friday 2/16 and car was finished on Friday 2/23. The only thing I would have like to see added is a status after the inspection was done regarding on average how long the repairs would have taken. It just left us waiting day by day to hear back on repair status. But we are happy with the repairs. We have some small unrelated damage on the left rear door that i wish you had asked us we wanted repaired and pay out of pocket because we would have definitely done that. So if someone can call us about an estimate for that door damage hit by an unknown party while parked. I would love that. 732-283-9041
