Service was good and my car was fixed but I would have appreciated more communication. I gave them my number as the primary number and my husbands as the back up. Without calling me they called my husband (while he was in an important business meeting) letting him know my car was ready.

Steve was great. He called to verify the waiver of deductible… He was so good that now I’m choosing Gerber to fix my other car which will earn Gerber probably 10 times more than a deductible…

The work that y'all did was fantastic. My only complaint is that I had mentioned my bumper not being fully connected after my wheels were stolen, and that wasn't fixed.
