Vanessa from the Gerber facility on aldine westfield seemed rude and told me she did not like my attitude when dropping the car off. she also threatened me that if I gave her general Manager any attitude that he would not fix my car and told me to take it somewhere else. The next day when she went on vacation the per4son replacing her told me you had just fired the general manager.

After the car was picked up at the drop off facility with the unpermitted paint booth it took me a month of back and forth with the insurance company and Alex at the facility it was taken to. Although Alex was polite, I had to go back and forth with both insurance company and the facility. The insurance company at one point told me that it was not their job to call the facility that they could open the system to see status of approved just as easy as she could to give me status. Finally got her to E mail me the ststus and had to forward to Alex to get work started after 2.5 weeks.

I’ve been to multiple shops in Houston, but this is by far the best shop I’ve been to. They made the repair process easy for me from the very beginning. I didn’t have to worry about anything. My vehicle was ready much earlier than expected. Communication with the shop was amazing and everything was explained clearly. When I picked up my car, they had detailed it and made it look better than it did when I drove it off the car lot. They made me a forever customer!

The team at Gerber (Shelby and Alex) did an amazing job with managing my repair. They provided updates throughout the process and were very kind in explaining all the steps required. The shop floor was very neat and the team did an amazing job with my car repairs. They even cleaned every inch of the inside of my car leaving it even better than I had brought it in. When picking up the car, I noticed some surface damage on my car and even though it was not part of the repairs, Alex and Shelby were able to get it fixed up, which I appreciate so much! The quality of work from Gerber is beyond exceptional and I will definitely keep coming back if I ever have any car issues. The claims process was very smooth through my insurance which made everything better too
