What can I say about Gerber Collision & Glass? This is the second time my son has been involved in an auto accident in Houston while attending law school. This past May was particularly challenging for him as he was preparing for finals and, unfortunately, involved in yet another accident that wasn't his fault. To make matters worse, he received a call from a family member informing him that his dad had passed away. Amidst this difficult time, Gerber reached out and informed us that the car should be ready soon. I mentioned that we hoped it wouldn't be ready that weekend as we were traveling for the funeral. To our surprise, Gerber did something extraordinary. Not only did they reach out to express their condolences, but they also offered to help us with anything we needed, including accommodations. My son and I truly appreciate the incredible support and kindness shown by Gerber during such a trying time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I was under the impression that the hood would be painted at insurance rate however, that had not been completed. Other than that, the timeliness of the service was very good and the staff was also friendly
