Used Gerber (formally Joe Hudson FM1960 )in the past. Service was excellent. Returned my vehicle repaired and cleaned. This location (Cutten Rd) Returned my vehicle repaired but dirty. Different location, different levels of customer service.

For regular cars, they do the job. For luxury cars, to be honest, not very likely. Theres people who don’t really know their cars. They just drive from A to point B. Then there’s people who maintain their own vehicles. Most luxury car owners tend to be more detail oriented. Smile is worth more than time wasted.

Gerber gets the bigger job done, but reassembly definitely could use more attention to details. Loose handle from a missing bolt should had been an easy fix. Never use can spray on mercedes interior, its not a civic. The “4” on ml 400 and 4 matic were switched during install. The size difference is obvious. Little details are missed when rushed. Car was there for 3 weeks. So either they don’t have enough guys working in the shop which would explain the errors, or someone wants to be cute. Which no one has time for. Overall the bigger picture I’m happy the glass and dent was fixed. The smaller details reassembly, it is what it is. The rear panel, definitely not happy with it.

Kim was absolutely incredible in helping me sort out the initial drop off and rental. I did not disclose this to her, but I was going through terrible anxiety, loss of immediate family member and she made this process entirely quick and manageable.

The front bumper needs to be even and fit properly. The fit is not even right now. And don’t let tell me it can’t fit any better. The repair should look like the car was never damaged or worked on. You can clearly see now that the lines do not come together even at the edges it bends outwards. Not happy at all about it. Very disappointed.
