Brandon was extremely professional and cordial. He took significant time documenting the damage and reassured me of the fix in a way that really set me at ease. Through numerous shipping and parts issues he kept me in the loop and I felt very taken care of. The finished result was definitely up to a high standard. He also recommended some other options for rust prevention and further options. I am very satisfied with the repair and in particular the efforts of Brandon. You guys have great representative. Great overall and quality of repair!! Timing of vehicle drop off, parts and pieces availability/shipping/receiving, and completion was a bit drawn out.. costing Travelers rental expense. Still overall quality of repair was outstanding!
