Clarice was mostly rude and unhelpful. I received no updates for over a month, unless I called and got Clarice telling be they were still working on it.

Overall they did a fantastic job. We did have to go back for them to fix a few areas that they had missed. A few dents were still on the back and the finish of the paint has some specs and perfections but overall very happy and they really did do an amazing job with a very complex project. They were very professional and finished everything as promised.

Very happy with how the car looks, they did a nice job and the car looks new (except for the two little spots on top by the sunroof). I know you had a lot of cats to fix but I did not think it would take 6 weeks. Your receptionist could be a little friendlier on the phone.

I have a new 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee. A friend backed into the front end. Did not appear to have and damage until I tried to use my cruse control. It actually started identifying mailboxes and garbage cans on the side of the road. They ordered the necessary parts, installed them, and reprogramed them. Everything working and looking as good as new. Only took a couple of days. I am very satisfied with the service and quality of work they completed.i believe it is a well run organization with qualified technicians.,

The actual dent repair was done well, but the process by which they worked on the car damaged and broke more parts of the car that are now issues we need to address

When we had continued issues, they were generally friendly and accommodating, but they continually damaged the car and we noticed more issues every time we tried to go pick it up. They smiled and said the right thing, but our car now has a bunch of damage related to them doing the work and not the hail storm that was the cause of all this
