Awesome job on bodywork! No complaints so long as it lasts. Jan and Amanda kept me updated throughout the process. This was a tough experience for me as it was my first accident and I suffered injuries after being broadsided by a truck. My vehicle was towed to their location and they made it far less stressful and as easy as possible. Shoutout to the person who handled the bodywork. Very impressive workmanship. I am appreciative! We had a minor alignment issue, work performed by another shop, and Gerber handled the issue without hesitation. Things happen but how you handle these situations matters more. Martin, the GM, was graceful and kind when addressing the problem. Rare in today’s liability driven world to find someone willing to address an issue without a battle. They made the process as simple and smooth as possible! I am grateful to them! I absolutely recommend them for the excellent bodywork and customer service. Thank you to the Huntersville Gerber team for everything.

Have had many auto body repairs over many years. This by far was my best experience! The work was exceptional! However, the customer experience was awesome. Daily updates as to the status of as nice. Work done on time (actually early). When I picked up the car it looked like it was professionally detailed! Outside and in! Customer for life
