The repair that I required was not the typical body shop repair. Tony was the tech who was assigned the work that I required and was a problem that I had caused myself. We reached an agreement in which they would invest 2-hours of labor and we would then assess our position. Tony did this and with my concurrence he completed the repair that I initially started. I found Tony and the other staff members to be helpful and professional in all their actions.

The actual repairs are acceptable and look great. The fact that the interior damage was not caught before delivery and the fact that we did not know the windshield UV coating was not applied until we returned the next day is disappointing. They were responsive afterwards, but maybe they should examine their procedures to make sure inspections are actually completed.

Overall I am very pleased with Gerber Collision. When I picked my car up and noticed something was not right they were quick to make it right. It is sort of difficult to find and hidden behind some dealerships but overall the service was great. The female that helped me each time I came in the shop deserves a raise! She is very good at her job. Although I could see she was very busy she appeared to do her job effortlessly. She was kind, efficient, and an an excellent communicator. She even helped coordinate getting me to and from enterprise rental car.
