I’m overall satisfied with the repair, once I got home I found that there were a few screws and push tabs missing from my inner fender liner. The communication through the process was great and the car looks great. I would recommend and use them again.

The work was done well, the communication was great. Once I got home I realized that there were quite a few push tabs and screws missing out of my inner fender liner and One of the mud flaps was reinstalled backwards.

The service and quality of work are outstanding! Blake kept me informed of the progress, and Mimi made everything with the rental car easy, drop off and pick up easy. My car was even detailed when I picked it up! Definitely recommend!

Pending on completion of this repair.

Due to aftermarket parts not fitting properly.

My repair has not yet been completed. So far the technician was very helpful and friendly. The insurance carrier only approved an aftermarket bumper replacement, which clearly did not fit. They did their best to force it on, but it was apparent damage was happening, in trying to bend it to fit. They were understanding, and agreeable while offering to go back and argue for an OEM bumper replacement from the insurance carrier. I am still waiting for completion.
