Gerber was the best choice I ever made. The process was smooth and seamless. The staff was super attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We used this location several times when it was under a different name- Performance Auto Body. So when we had more body work to be done, we just continued using this location and I am glad we did. Although Gerber seems to have a whole new crew at the location, we had similar experience as we did with Performance... easy to make an appt for an estimate, reasonable time frame for repairs, held vehicle for a reasonable amount of time, good communication throughout, complete paperwork, and worked flawlessly with my insurance company. Car looked great afterwards and, considering it's a teenager's vehicle, it smelled MUCH better than when we dropped it off! Not really sure what else they could have done to make being involved in a hit and run easier- other than catching the creep who committed it (but even the police haven't been successful in that arena- waa waa). 10 outta 10.
