The Gerber team did a fantastic job fixing the damage to my car after someone backed into me. They communicated clearly and honestly, they worked efficiently, kept me informed the entire time, answered all my questions, and when it was time to pick my car up, it looked better than it has in years. The work was flawless. I couldn't ask for a better job well done! The body work looks factory new, everything is lined up and attached perfectly, they made sure to install the headlights that I had when I was hit rather than the factory default ones, and the paint job is spectacular. It matches my car flawlessly! They also cleaned and washed my car for me, which made it look brand new again. And they did it all so fast! I couldn't be happier. Outstanding job!

All the employees were very professional, yet very personable. My wife got along well with the lady at the front desk. I was surprised when they showed me that there was a small "Chip" above the rear passenger door After all the hail damage was fixed. They didn't have to point that out to me and I would probably never have seen it. They said don't worry, we'll make it right. Very happy with the service, and I WILL, recommend Gerber to my friends and family.

Everything went great. Repairs went on schedule, and pretty quickly. Looks like quality work. Not meant as a negative comment, but I'm surprised you never asked If I'd be interested in fixing or quoting damage that was not related to the current insurance claim. I probably would of paid out of pocket for fixing the dent on my back side passenger panel.
