My car was returned to me with it being not completed. The body work was done, however resetting the proper computer/modules did not get done. My car had a Check rear park aid light on as well as check headlight assembly on after the accident. This info was brought to the tech's attention, and it wasn't handle properly on their part. Adam and I agreed to have a mechanic look at it and if it was not part of the accident, then I would be responsible for the cost which I agreed to. That being said, the mechanic had to reset the computer/modules again to get those lights to go off and found other mechanical issues. They are charging me $130 for the diagnostic fee which at the least should be covered by Gerber due to me having the initial issue with those lights that were not handle properly by Gerber. If my car was done properly when I got it back, we would not be having this issue but Gerber will not take any responsibility for this and is making me pay the mechanic.

When I went to pick my truck up after they said work was completed their where many flaws in the paint and the decals were covered in adhesive still. They kept the truck to repair. Then they had to repaint the hood for the second time at this point they tell me the truck is good to go. But yet again I show up and the fenders bumper and roof are still covered in paint flaws. They have me take the truck till they can get a rental. I bring it back a week later and now at this time the door trim they put on starts to pull away from the adhesive. I leave the truck for a THIRD time. I get a call the next day saying truck is ready. I show up to find the exact same paint flaws still there. Your manager proceeded to tell me that it can’t be perfect yet I’ve paid you over 10k dollars to fix my truck. So now they have my truck for FOURTH time while I’m stuck in a little sedan car!!! I went through the truck with the manager and we marked well over 50 paint nibs and flaws I’m not even a paint guy and could spot that many. Do to this I found other shops to take my other vehicles. At this point I feel like I would’ve been better off taking my truck to a fly by night shop because this is the quality of work I would have expected.
