Everyone there went out of their way to be nice, to keep me informed of the status of the repair, and to finish the work in a timely manner. A special shoutout to Alan who, for a young man with that much responsibility, was exceptionally pleasant and kind and very good at his job. Oh, and the repair looks great as well.

The shop was able to get my car in much quicker than other shops in the area. The staff at Gerber explained each part of the process and kept me up to date while my car was in the shop. My car looks immaculate now and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did.

You all did a great job giving a quote, getting me in to get worked on in a timely manner, and kept me updated during the process. The car looked great and everything was taken care of! We especially appreciated having the enterprise car waiting for us when we dropped off the car! That was a great service!
