I had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. My advisor was amazing throughout the entire repair process and consistently kept me updated and informed every step of the way. I never felt like I had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle or chase anyone down for information, which made an already stressful situation so much easier. I also really appreciate the peace of mind that comes with the lifetime warranty on the repairs. Knowing that Gerber stands behind their work, along with the confidence I had in them as a direct repair facility through my insurance company, made me feel very comfortable with the entire process.
