Repairs which were very minor went fine. Had to wait two more days for sensor calibration group to show up. And $400 for each sensor seems very high.

I do like the text messages with updates, but when I really needed to talk to someone, the service was upbeat, kind, and informative (kudos... most don't know customer service anymore). I hope to not have to use your services again, but should I need it, I hope to have you help out. Keep up the awesome work.

Early on there was some confusion on what the customer wanted, and what Gerber was willing to provide I believe towards the end this was mitigated

As I said earlier, the workmanship was acceptable. It’s just that there was some confusion between the customer and Gerber as to what the expectation was.
