Liz was super helpful and thorough in helping me, even helping me understand what my insurance could do. The work was done really well, looks like nothing ever happened, and even came in slightly under estimate AND two days sooner than promised. This is my 3rd time using Gerber, and I wont go anywhere else.

My only complaint is that nobody told me in advance when making my appointment for the estimate that I would be expected to leave the car the same day to begin repairs also and I was not prepared with a rental car or a backup ride I think that this should be communicated or somewhere in your fine print or on the website when making an appointment for the estimate
