The check in was outstanding. The rental pickup was on time went well. The car looks great and repair is well done. The frustration came when it came time to pay the deductible. Both our and the person that hit insurances agreed to pay the deductible however we had to pay out of pocket. This didn't make sense to us.

They did a beautiful job on repairing my bumper and they even fixed the little rust I had under my door which was very nice of them they didn’t have to do that since the car was already like that, definitely would recommend they care and it shows they do.
