Ashley was good, but I had to wait about 30-45 mins after arriving to pick up my vehicle because she said there was a lot of paperwork to get straightened out. Also, the office didn't have working A/C which was terrible since I suffer from heat sensitivity.

I took my car in for a simple rear bumber replacement from a rear end collision. The staff was great. Very friendly and answered all my questions. The repair was completed successfully and looked great. The complimentary wash and detailing was a nice touch. Highly recommended them if you need body work done.
