The whole team was so very responsive, professional and helpful. Everytime, I talked to anyone at Gerber they were just great to deal with. Consistently asking "is there anything else you need" or how else can we help you. Defintitely making a bad situation as stress free as possible. The work was good; it took 10-14 days longer than I expected to order in parts. At least I got the repairs done cheaply and adequately, which was my goal. I'd easily deal with Gerber again.

the customer updates were horrible. They made repairs order parts that were unnecessary to have this vehicle fixed and just ran up the price to repair. I hope to never ever deal with him again. I won't.

The target completion date had to be changed three times. On the third time no one told me it wasn't ready, I just happened to call that afternoon before I went over and was told it wouldn't be ready that day.
