Because there was not much obvious surface damage, we were originally not going to follow up with an inspection, but we are very, very glad that we did since Gerber found underlying issues, not obvious to the naked eye. Gerber did a great job on the paint and it’s hard to get parts into Hawaii in a timely manner. That is not their fault but it is irritating.

Very satisfied first customer. I would use Gerber and recommend it to my friends as it is conviniently close to my home and the job looked great.

Very helpful staff that gave me all the information needed and they answered all my questions. I didn't have to worry about a rent a car, they set everything up for me which made it easy for me to drop it off at the shop. Great employees who help you from beginning to end. I appreciate the added recommendation for ceramic coatting to protect my paint. Although Gerber does not have these services, the employee suggests to do it soon so I can keep my car looking new as much as possible.

I have used Gerber 4 times in the last 3 years and except for the bumper taking forever your company is great BTW I specifically asked for your company when GEICO began my claim
