Would have been nice if I could have done a walk thru with the mechanic prior to and after the repairs so I could point out all the damage from the impact. All they did was replace the one part when there were scratches on the bumper as well. Some of the COVID things put in place (i.e. virtual estimates) are nice, but feel that it allows for things to be overlooked. If I had been paying for the repairs, I would have insisted on having all damage addressed. As it was, didn't seem worth making an issue of it as the damage was very minor. Overall, very impressed with the level of communication via text and phone, ease of rental car pick-up and drop-off, and speed of repairs.
