We are extremely happy we took our van to your shop for repairs! The insurance company was such a pain and canceling our rental before repairs were even done and didn’t even tell us.. Trina was so helpful! She was so great and helped out with the rental coverage and took care of it for us! No cost, covered from when the insurance dropped it. Trina was the best! Explained why our van was taking long, took care of us and the rental which was a huge relief! We are so grateful and would recommend this shop! I’m really disappointed with the rear bumper repair that you performed. The amount of time to get it repaired and being lied to of ordering the parts and in actuality the bumper never get replaced.
