Through the whole process of everything dealing with my car including insurance and the car rental, Gerber Collision was the best part. I appreciate how supportive they were through the whole process such as frequent updates and anytime I had a question, they were quick and polite when responding. And when I called because I had to extend my rental, I was also supported by the management of Gerber Collision by accommodating me the best they could. I have recommended them to some of my colleagues who were also in a car accident recently. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was and thankful for their kindness and support! 5 out of 5!
