Your customer service is excellent. Your body repair manager Russ was very informative, helpful, and professional throughout the process of our truck being in the shop. He did a great job. However, our truck came back with dents in the places it went in with. I don't know if it was a miscommunication between our insurance and the shop or an oversight by a worker. ? Also there was garbage left in the truck bed and white dust all over the inside. The interior of our truck was not clean when we brought it in. We did not expect it to be cleaned by your staff. We did not expect it to come back dirtier either tho. Our claims adjuster looked at the vehicle today and didn't know why the fixes were not made. He said you guys will call to schedule the truck back and discuss the repairs. We wish to trust that the finished product will reflect the quality the sonshine image portrays.

You did a great job - even down to painting my son's door stripe and passenger side mirror black. (He had painted them this past summer and we thought he would have to re-paint them after-the-fact since the original colors of these items were white!) Thank you!
