They were about to turn it over to me with several trim pieces still with hail damage. We then had to leave it another two days for them to order the trim and install it. This was a 10k repair by the way.

Nice and responsive but big fail in not looking over my car before they called to tell me it was ready for pickup. Thank God we looked it over. But a wasted trip to get a car that still had damage.
