They did a great job, went above and beyond, even buffed my scuffed rims and wiped down the inside of my car. Great work, and if we ever need any other repairs, Gerber will definitely be the place we go to resolve it. Robert, the manager, was especially great and kept us updated along the way and was even willing to stay after hours to make pick up more convenient.

While there was a hiccup with the ground cable, overall, everyone who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable, and I do have my car back.

The overall experience was good. I thank Robert and crew for keeping me informed, and overall getting my car back on the road. I’m aware the delays were more or less out of anyone’s control, and the gaps in calls were due to likely old information from State Farm, so those I don’t hold on Gerber. There was a slight hiccup with my car dying completely after I started it a few times, and thankfully the solution was simple enough and Gerber got it fixed for me when I had it towed back. That one just sucked as it was after a string of bad luck events, four months of not seeing my car, and I lost the weekend for work because my car died. But I’m overall grateful that I have my car back and that Gerber repaired my car.

Again, the gaps in updates were probably due to outdated phone numbers from State Farm, but everyone was always friendly and gave me Tuesday and Thursday updates. Same when I met them in person, everyone was great.
