Disclaimer that I know it wasn’t their fault; lots of parts issues and they wanted it off the lot as much as I did. It did take too long to get completed though in my opinion at the end of it all. But Andy was great and kept in contact, and footed the bill for a rental at the end, which was greatly appreciated. If you asked for a scale of 1-5 I would have said a 4, but you asked a yes/no question instead and I’m just being honest. At times it was stressful with completion dates continually changing.

I was told my vehicle would be ready April 21st and it was delayed an entire week due to one worker being sick is what I was told and I only knew this information due to me calling up to the shop everyday or they would not have even told me when to expect the repairs to be done.. this was terrible customer service on their part to not have called and let me know any information. I finally got my vehicle over a week overdue. I will not be going back to this shop.
