Everyone at Gerber Collision and Glass was professional and helpful. They made sure the parts that were sent to be replaced on my car were correct. Two things had to be sent back due to not fitting or being broken. I highly recommend this particular place in Lansing. Andrea (KIA owner)

Antenna is perfectly fine and no issues there, but I did talk to them about my headlights being out and they said theyd take a look at them and let me know if they could replace them and they did not follow up or through on this. I really appreciated the outside of my car being cleaned

I would recommend Gerber collision to anyone who needs work done on their car. They are professional, kind, and caring. They are great at communicating. They did a wonderful job on my car and their staff is amazing.

I would give the personnel staff a rating of 20 if I could. They want above and beyond and helping me with my vehicle. And due to their expertise, I didn’t even have to pay my deductible.
