Have used this shop several times before, but will not take vehicles here again. Completely unsatisfied with this experience.

I picked up my vehicle after the repairs were supposedly complete, and there were items that were not fixed (scratches, windshield), and items that were sub-par (body panels not aligned correctly).

I brought my vehicle back to fix the items that were missed the first time, and I was told it would take a couple of days. It took over a week, and I was never contacted by the shop with updates on the process, I needed to call and ask on a daily basis how the repairs were going.
