I was satisfied with the repair. However,I was misled regarding text messages. All week I was receiving messages that my car would be finished on 7/11. On 7/10, I was told it wouldn’t be ready on 7/11. Called Gerber to inquire why I was being told all week it would be ready and late on Thursday, I was told it wouldn’t be ready until the following week. Gerber told me not to pay attention to the texts from Carwise. That is very confusing for the customer. I would suggest that Carwise and Gerber should coordinate their texts so as not to mislead the customer.

Head mechanic Joe was very nice and professional. Receptionist was somewhat rude in person and over the phone with my mother. I could not give an accurate description of her overall disorganized personality.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed. I did not know anything about them so I was nervous. The receptionist explained everything to me and then I talked with Joe about what happened with my vehicle. He explained to me everything that he was going to do And what the process and procedures are. I was very impressed with everyone that I met. When I went to pick my car up not only did they do a great job, but they also cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I would highly recommend anyone go to them for their car vehicle needs.

I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. The work is not as it is supposed to be. I'M A PROFESSIONAL PAINTER, NOT JUST ANY CUSTOMER.

The car has sparks of red paint in various parts. The outer joint of the rearview mirror is red (It's supposed to be black.) The slooth guard was left with the screws misaligned. The bonnet does not close properly. I see that you put grass on it and tried to do something with it. The work you had to do was at the front door of the passenger and silt guard. Not in the bonnet. I don't recommend this place to ANYONE. (The person in charge of this place must be more attentive before delivering a car to the customer.)
