Everything about our experience with Gerber was positive. From the moment we walked in until we picked up our car. The best part is the communication. I really like the text updates. I am extra happy the car was done on schedule. We had lined up for other work to be done before our son left on his trip so everything ended up working as planned. I hope to never get into another accident. However, if we ever did, I would definitely use Gerber again without hesitation.
