The repairs to my vehicle was the result of an accident, that was not my fault. The repair work was poorly performed. I pointed out to Gerber areas of concern of repairs not satisfactory. I am very disappointed with Gerber. Another family member used Gerber to repair their vehicle and they were 100% satisfied. The Gerber they used was in North Carolina and the one I used was in Florida. Big difference. I will be getting with Gerber for a solution to this matter.

I was told one thing but then it was changed. I ended up paying more than my first estimate was. I had an insurance claim and a self pay. They didn’t even work with me on my self pay. I thought with all the confusion they could’ve helped me out even it was 100.00. But nothing. I will not be recommending Gerber in the future. In fact I’m going to go out of my way to make sure people know the issues I faced
