We brought our Honda Odyssey to Gerber in Lincoln to replace the front bumper that had be seriously damaged. The staff at Gerber that we worked with (Brittany & Abby) were awesome. They helped arrange the repair and worked directly with our insurance company to get GEICO to pay Gerber directly. Brittany and Abby did an excellent job. I didn't meet the employees who did the repair, but we are totally happy with the job that they did. If my family or friends needed a collision repair or glass replacement I will recommend that they go to Gerber Collision and glass in Lincoln.

Perfectly on time, very friendly, the repairs are immaculate and honestly, everyone I talked too at Gerber Orville seemed to have our best interest in mind. 10/10 would use again.

My estimate was first 1900, then when I told them I was using insurance it went to 3200...then when car was done it was close to 4000!! I find that very interesting

Estimate was $1900 when I said I wasn't using insurance. Then went up to $3200 when insurance was involved. Then picked car up and it was even more! Find it very interesting. Then after spending that, they said they could touch up a small door ding...looks like crap. I could have took my finger and just smeared paint on it. Thought that would be done better

The Lincoln Gerber collision & Glass is hands down the best body shop in the area from the front office Abby and Brittany to the body shop Mike and the paint shop Justin excellent customer service beautiful work Damien did a great job cleaning it afterwards only body shop we recommend very happy perfect job
