I appreciated the staff members being professional, welcoming and kind. I was impressed by Brandon on my initial drop off. He was eager to help me get started on my car repairs. My car was dropped off on a Wednesday and ready for pick up by the following day. It was mind blowing how fast it was completely repaired. When I dropped off my car Brittany was so kind and compassionate that it made me feel like I had chosen the right company to do business with. When I picked up my car, Brittany gave me a beautiful bouquet of flowers from the company to show sympathy and support for my surgery that was scheduled the following day. It was touching. Thank you Gerber Collision for going above and beyond with excellent customer service. My car looked brand new and was sparkling clean inside and out. I’m a happy customer. I’ll recommend this business to all of my friends and family.
