The repair looks impeccable, even though it was just a rear bumper it literally made my car look so much better. I had some issues with my insurance covering all of it but they worked with me on that aspect and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks for all your services.

The work done was very good. My only complaint is there wasn't any communication about the progress of my car. Being without a car for 5 weeks is hard. Just a little heads up every couple of weeks would have been nice

When my car was ready the first thing I was told after she said my car was ready. You owe $$$$ I told her my husband would pick up and he has the insurance check and my check for the deductible. I told her that my insurance company did the estimate if it's not enough then Gerber sends a supplemental, the amount I pay for the deductible doesn't change .
