We were so completely satisfied. The staff were friendly and properly assessed that our car was not drivable and took it in early. Abbra was unfriendly and was not open to seeing our car till today. We picked up our car from Gerber today. Duane was wonderful!

Repair is flawless and done on time. They even cleaned the interior which it badly needed! Only down fall was that it was to be left with the key locked in it and the key was in it, but it was unlocked - thankfully I found that out before anyone else did :) Great job!
